Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing AGIZA FASTA. We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience. Kindly know that we have a return & refund policy, that if at any time you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase or any part of them for refund, as long as your returned item is in the same condition as it was received (including original package boxes / bags / tags, gifts, sales invoices, etc).

Refund Rules:

1. If the item you want to return is eligible for a refund, you can apply for return & refund within the first 7 days after you have received it. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved otherwise your request cannot apply if it is more than 7 days.

2. If item you received is of problems (such as wrong quantity, wrong item, product damaged, texture or quality problem, etc.). Please apply for return & refund within 7 days of receipt. What you need to do is describing specific problem and return reason, selecting corresponding return reason and sending us photos of item with problem and purchase details. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved.

3. For the orders which have been Order Completed but you still not received your order, you may apply for the Refund only within 15 days since your order status change to be Received.

4. For all approved return applications (including every return reason), customer needs to return the products to the vendor within 7days, otherwise return (refund) can’t be executed.

5. Digital Products (such as e-books and other downloadable materials) cannot be returned and refunded unless there is quality problem with product itself. Please refer to the product details before buying.

6. If a coupon was applied to your order, the value of the coupon is non-refundable.

7. All refund will be sent back to your account after return succeeds.

8. Currently AGIZA FASTA only supports return & refund application, and do not support replacement service yet (except items that was specially marked as supporting replacement in detail description page). Please make sure you follow these guidelines or else we may be unable to process your return.


Neither Agiza Fasta nor vendors are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve consumed/used or downloaded it.
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.
  • You simply change your mind.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.

When will you get your refund? 

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your refund request.
